How does the LAUNCH Referral Program work?

The LAUNCH Referral Program lets you earn rewards by inviting friends, family, or colleagues to join the LAUNCH community. Both you (the referrer) and the person you refer (the referee) will earn rewards when the referral is successful.
How to refer?

· Log in to your LAUNCH account to get your unique referral link.
· Share your referral link with friends, family, or colleagues.
· When you friends sign up successfully, they'll receive a 5% discount coupon.
· When the referred friend places their first order within 30 days of signing up, you'll receive a 5% discount coupon.
Who is eligible to join the Referral Program?

Referrers: Must be a registered LAUNCH member and subscribed to our newsletter before referring.
Referees: Must be new users who have not previously registered at LAUNCH.
What is considered a successful referral?

A referral is considered successful when a new user, who does not have an existing LAUNCH account, signs up using your unique referral link.
What if my referral forgets to use my referral link?

To earn rewards, your friend must sign up using your unique referral link. If they forget, you will not be eligible for rewards.
How can I track my referral success?

You can track the progress of your referrals by logging into the LAUNCH Referral Program page.

Where can I get help if I have more questions?

If you need assistance or can't find the answer you're looking for, feel free to reach out to our customer service at hello@launchauto.com.
Can I refer friends in other regions?

The referral program is regional. For example, if you’re using the US site, your friend must also sign up on the US site, and any rewards or discounts will only apply to that region’s store.
Where can I share my referral link?

Share your link anywhere you like—via email, social media, or direct messaging.
Are there limits on referrals or rewards?

No. You can refer as many friends as you like!
What if I haven’t received my reward?

First, confirm the following:
a. Your friend used your referral link to sign up.
b. They didn’t have a LAUNCH account before.
c. It’s been at least 30 days since their first order was delivered.
If all requirements are met and you still haven’t received your reward, contact us at hello@launchauto.com.
Can my friend use multiple referral links?

No, each friend can only sign up with one referral link. However, your link can be shared with multiple friends, so spread the word!
What rewards can I earn as a Referee?

When you sign up using a Referrer’s unique link, you’ll receive an 5% off coupon for savings on your first order.
Can I become a Referrer and earn rewards too?

Absolutely! Visit the referral program page to get your exclusive link. Invite friends to join LAUNCH, and you can earn a 5% off coupon.
