Where do you ship, and when will my order ship?
LAUNCH Tech USA ships to the United States and Puerto Rico via FedEx. Orders are normally processed and shipped within three business days after payment is confirmed, though temporary shipping pauses may occur. Please provide a street address; FedEx cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Can I return my purchase?
LAUNCH Tech USA accepts returns of new or new defective products within 14 days of receipt if the product has not been registered. It must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Damage or signs of use may affect your refund. Contact Support to start a return.
What warranty applies to this product?
LAUNCH-branded tools come with a 12-month limited warranty. For tools that require registration, coverage begins on the registration date; otherwise, it begins on the purchase invoice date. Keep your invoice and review the Warranty & Repair policy for the applicable terms.
