- If your tool requires registration, the warranty starts from the registration date.

What vehicles does the Torque Link cover?

What to do if the language of vehicle diagnostic software does notmatch the system language?
English is the default system language of the tool. After setting the systemlanguage to the preference language, go to the Software Update to downloadthe vehicle diagnostic software for the corresponding language.If the downloaded diagnostic software is still displayed in English, it indicatesthat the software for the current language is under development.
How to retrieve the login password?
If you forgot the login password, follow these steps:
① Tap the application icon on the home screen to launch it.
②Tap Login on the upper right corner of the screen.
③Tap Set/Reset password.
④Enter the product S/N and follow the on-screen prompts to set a newpassword.
Why don't l see the latest software version when l first power on the device?
Your device may require an initial software update after activation. This is a normal setup step that ensures you receive the latest software version, vehicle coverage, and feature improvements.
